M and M Network Academy is a business service of the Life Transition Ministry. The academy is owned by Clayton McKinnie and Matthew Aaron and was organized in 2019 for the purpose of developing anyone desiring to become certified as a Cisco networking professional or instructor or to one own their own academy.
The academy is structured in such a way that students, instructors and administrators function in a collaborative network where help and assistance is only a phone call or an email away. . Moreover they also learn to operate at the highest level of integrity and ethics.

Meet The Team
Instructor/Admin
Clayton has more than 20 years experience as a business manager and a telecommunication engineer. He is a certified Cisco CCNA instructor and a certified professional engineer. Clayton has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Memphis and an MBA in Business Management from Golden Gate University. Clayton has worked at some of the largest Telecom companies in the world; including Sprint, AT&T and Nortel Networks
